Trending About

BtGoogle is a search aggregation service. We do not host, store, or distribute any files. This policy explains what limited data we collect and how we use it.

Account Information: When you register, we store your username, email address, and a securely hashed password.

Search History: If you are logged in, we store your search keywords to provide the search history feature. You can delete your history at any time from your profile page.

Favorites: If you are logged in, we store the magnet links you have favorited. You can remove them at any time.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage data such as page views and search queries to improve our service. This data is not linked to your account.

We use a single authentication cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is HTTP-only and secure. We also use localStorage to remember your theme preference (light/dark mode). No third-party tracking cookies are used.

BtGoogle aggregates search results from multiple third-party search engines. We do not interact with the BitTorrent network directly — our backend only queries and merges results from existing search engine sources. We have no control over the content or privacy practices of these third-party sources.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored in plain text. All communication is conducted over HTTPS.

You can delete your search history and favorites at any time from your profile page.

You can delete your account by contacting us, which will permanently remove all your data.
